LeaderGov's teamwork cohort program covers 6 areas:

Yes!  Every participant is takes an online DISC personality assessment in session 2 of the program.    You will discover that leveraging your personality style and, understanding the personality styles of those on your team, is critical to successful teams.

LeaderGov is a strong proponent of Workshop formats because they allow participants to fully engage with the material.  Each workshop is 90-minutes long and involves elements of reviewing previous months' topic, sharing best practices, break-out discussions, presentations,  and action plan development.  

The workshops dates are all set in advance for the entire 6-month calendar on regular intervals (ie, second Tuesday of each month at 11:00AM EST.)

Yes.  But don't worry, it's very rewarding.

At the end of each workshop, we ask specific questions for assignments for each participant.  This way the material becomes actionable and real.  (and it helps you get the most out of the workshop learning)

We highly encourage the leadership team to commit to this process so that the new learning takes hold and makes the difference that was intended.

Yep.  Life happens, but don't worry.

All participants in the cohort are  provided access to recorded videos of each workshop if missed.   Successful completion of the program requires live participation in at least 5 of the 6 workshops.

We have lots of other ways to continue to grow.  We offer a Leadership development program and a culture program for Cities and Counties.   Individuals can participate in our free Leadership Training Program on an ongoing basis.
