Justin Cutler is the Commissioner of Atlanta Parks & Recreation. With over 20 years in local government—including leadership roles in Seattle, WA, Westminster, CO and Oregon—he’s known for blending continuous improvement with community-focused innovation.

In Atlanta, he and his team launched the Parks & Recreation Equity Data Tool to ensure every resident a 10 minute walk to high-quality green space, and linked parks to better health outcomes through evidence based chronic disease programs. A certified parks executive (CPRE), Cutler is dedicated to equity, wellness, and vibrant, well activated public spaces.
