- LeaderGov uses Zoom with its "breakout" rooms and polls to maximize collaboration.
- Learners can access Resource Guides and Workbooks online.
- Workshops are great for existing tenured leaders who need to brush up and up-and-coming leaders.
Train the Trainer Program
- LeaderGov's T3 (train-the-trainer) model uses pre-developed materials, Resources and Online Workbooks.
- T3 allows you to develop your team as facilitators.
- We consult with your facilitators monthly to review the upcoming course in detail.
- All materials are easily available online; no emails to keep up with!
