Of the ten servant leadership qualities, becoming a healer requires that you to step out of your own interests and put the needs of others first. In this video we explore ways you can be an integral part of healing and restoring relationships:

1. Raise your awareness of team disharmony and relational conflict
2. Take action in addressing the broken relationships by engaging in conversations about the situation
3. Be frank about the impact the discord has on the team's success
4. Ask the parties involved what steps they can take to address their conflict
5. Let the parties know that you want to help and are there to support them
6. Engage HR and your EAP programs when needed
