Conflict on teams is a good thing, as long as it remains healthy and constructive.  In this video we explore how different personality styles (based on DISC*) respond in healthy and unhealthy ways to conflict.   Here is a list of behaviors you may, at times, encounter on your team;

Dominance Style - Over-bearing in conflict.

Influence Style - Overly dramatic and gloss over issues that arise out of conflict.

Steadiness Style - Defensive and conflict avoidant, even when conflict is needed.

Compliance Style - Overpowering with logic, numbers and facts in conflict.

When you understand how your team responds to conflict, you will better understand how to react and keep the right level of healthy conflict needed to yield the best results.
