Join the Atlantic Partners EMS Leadership Cohort launching July 9th 2024!

A highly effective leadership development program.  

• These leadership training workshops are open to the first 16 EMS leaders in Maine.   A second group will be formed if more than 16 EMS leaders want to participate.
• This is a highly interactive 8-month journey focused on 8 practical leadership skills you can use each day.
• Participants will meet the 2nd Tuesday of each month with other EMS professionals to learn and grow as leaders (First session is Tuesday July 9 at 10:30 AM - 12:00  Noon EST)
• Leadership workshops are on Zoom for 1.5 hours per month and are facilitated jointly between LeaderGov and APEMS' Rob McGraw. 
• We will explore leadership topics like Personality and Leadership (DISC), Strategic Leadership, High Impact Goal Setting, Effective Communication, Servant Leadership and Empowerment/Accountability. 

   

  Program costs are $1,100.00 (Discounted $275 for APEMS) per person for the entire 8 month program including all assessments and course materials.

   

•  You may quality for the Maine Workforce Development Compact Scholarship or you may be able to utilize non-assigned funds from the State's $31M EMS fund.
